No program that I've used so far has been successful in removing Alureo. I have recently uninstalled both programs. ![]() I only recall attracting this virus a couple of weeks ago prior to downloading MSE and Avast while browsing. There is a rootkit malware on my Vista computer called Alureo and it's being detected on this particular partition:
